Everything is crafted to perfect-fit standards in our woodworking shop, from fabrication to finish.  Here’s how easy it is to get exactly what you are looking for, no matter how complex your design.

The 4 Step Total Customization Process:

1. Determine Size and Shape

We work from prints or dimensional requests and guarantee that the finished product will precisely match the dimensions we receive. Be sure to specify whether your order is for a beam, column or mantel so that we know whether the ends should be closed or open. Columns are available in both 2 and 3 sided configurations.

2. Determine the Species of Wood You Want

We can find anything, but there are 7 basic species we keep in stock.  These were chosen for their diversity in grain patterns, character and workability.

3. Determine Your Finish

Our long relationship with Sherwin-Williams gives us access to some of the finest, deepest penetrating, furniture-grade finishes on the market, today.  Our IBEX™ Color Lab makes it possible to create precise matches.

4. Add Detailing

Every beam starts out sanded flat.  From there, virtually anything is possible.  We have developed patterns and processes to create beams, mantels and columns with character.
